How To Navigate

Not everyone is an expert on employee benefits, insurance, human resources and retirement! Our site has been designed with this in mind.

Help! You might have come to our website for many different reasons. Accordingly, we offer a variety of navigational options, particularly from our home page. The vertical list of companies at the top of the page lets you navigate by company, while the tabs running horizontally across the page let you select by line of business. Drop down menus are available under "Choose a Topic," "Choose a Location" and "Ask Us About," providing additional options to help you find what you're looking for.

Hopefully, this explanation will help you get around our website. Return to our home page and see if this helps you find what you're looking for!

What's a "PDF"?

Adobe Acrobat (which is used to create "PDF" or portable document format" files) has become the international standard for document distribution on the web because it is a "universal" format for distributing documents created in many different programs. It also compresses documents, so they download much faster, and prevents the spread of macro viruses, which have become very common.

The Reader software is free and is readily downloaded from many locations on the web. It also comes free with many software packages, "demo" CD Roms, and the CD Roms that come with computer magazine subscriptions.

You can download the software here. You can also find links to some basic support options on the same page. If you already have Acrobat installed, make sure it is version 5.X or later to ensure the most widespread compatibility.

The Site Doesn't Look Right In My Browser...

TBC's website was designed to take advantage of the features offered by the latest browsers. Certain features/pages will not display correctly on older browsers (such as Netscape 4.X, which is based on viewing technology that is years old).

These browsers are all freely available. The website has been tested and works fine in any of these three browsers:
