Labor Law

One of the trickier facets of risk management can be matters involving employment and labor law. We all have questions about procedures for discipline, termination, sexual harassment, FMLA, etc. Sometimes we're looking for direction on how to avoid a problem, and sometimes how to handle a problem. The age old question is "What's the risk in not getting an attorney's input, and what's the risk of running up a big legal service bill?"

It would be great if we all had a personal labor lawyer on staff, who we could walk into their office, ask a quick question, and not get billed for it. Through our clients we have heard that the most common reason for not calling their lawyer is the fear of running up a large legal bill.

Attorney Barry Chaet offers a solution.

Barry has agreed to be available, and answer simple questions for you at no charge.

Barry prides himself on his reputation of:

  1. Being a respected labor and employment law attorney;
  2. Providing direct access and by responding to each phone call;
  3. An established goal of avoiding litigation;
  4. Answering simple employment and labor law questions on the phone at no charge.

Barry Chaet of Beck, Chaet, Bamberger, S. C. can be reached at (414)273-4200, extension 5909. When you call Barry tell him that it's a referral from The Benefit Companies.
