About Us

Since we first opened our Milwaukee-based office over 30 years ago, The Benefit Companies (TBC) has assisted employers throughout the Midwest in a variety of areas — primarily employee benefits, property & casualty, individual insurance, financial and retirement planning, and human resources.

We currently employ approximately 70 individuals, working out of three Wisconsin offices. Our staff is distinguished by an exceptional degree of professional training, technical certification, career experience and subject matter expertise. Coming from diverse backgrounds, TBC employees share a common commitment to serving our clients.

Our clients are both small and large employers, in many industries. We have experience with corporations and partnerships, not-for-profits, associations, union environments and small groups with special needs.
